High wire garden at Sportschloss Velen
On 4th July a high rope course was erected at Sportschloss Velen in the adjacent "Tiergarten" woodlands. This is a practice area with ropes at heights ranging from 30 cm to 12 m that are ideal for management training courses.
The lower levels are perfect for the less fit participants or for those who suffer from vertigo and can be used to test and improve the ability to work in a team and management skills.
It all becomes a lot more spectacular when the teams move up to the higher levels. Cooperation and trust are really important factors when for example two colleagues have to jointly negotiate a swinging rope bridge some 10 metres above the ground. With mountaineering equipment and the helping hands of everyone involved the team has to master a number of challenges.
The entire course conforms to the regulations as laid down by the European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) and conform to the necessary DIN norms.
An important element of the training is the post-training analysis. The trainers from our partners PRAXISFELD GmbH not only know exactly what they are doing in the field, they also know just how to support any necessary changes and the learning process within your company.
